進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)一般流程：

1、與外商簽訂進(jìn)口合同；

2、外商準(zhǔn)備各種單據(jù)（MSDS、裝箱單、發(fā).票等）；

3、預(yù)付貨款，外商發(fā)貨；或外商先發(fā)貨，后付款；

4、到港提貨，報(bào)檢，報(bào)關(guān)，交相關(guān)稅費(fèi)，貨物放行；

5、如需備案需到港前辦理備案手續(xù)；（備案時(shí)需提供樣品檢測）

6、檢測合格出具化工品備案書。
