用，在真空狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行清洗，使工件表面和盲孔、狹縫干凈。
工作過程： 由操作者將裝有工件的清洗籃放在進(jìn)料臺(tái)上，然后自動(dòng)送至清洗機(jī)進(jìn)料位，經(jīng)機(jī)械手將清洗籃依次推入清洗機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行
清洗、真空干燥，后經(jīng)出料臺(tái)自動(dòng)將清洗籃送出，（取出工件），完成整個(gè)清洗到烘干的過程。

Working process：
