本發(fā)明的目的在于提供一種特種絕緣耐低溫海底電纜料,克服目前現(xiàn)有海底電纜料的絕緣、耐低溫方面的缺陷。主要配方為:高密度聚乙烯100份,三元乙丙橡膠20~30份,有機硅樹脂改性聚酯樹脂5~10份,阻燃劑25~35份,相容劑5~10份,潤滑劑1~2份,交聯(lián)劑0.1~1份。本發(fā)明專利制備的海底電纜料,添加EPDM和有機硅樹脂改性的聚酯樹脂,能提高電纜的耐寒性能,提高材料的沖擊性能,同時本身有機硅樹脂還具有阻燃的特點,可以降低阻燃劑的添加量,減少材料本身的性能損失;本發(fā)明制備得到的海底電纜料,采用納米硅樹脂與微膠囊紅磷進行復配,添加量大幅下降,阻燃性能不下降,同時避免了傳統(tǒng)的無機阻燃劑添加量大的問題。
Abstract:The invention aims to provide a special insulating low temperature resistant submarine cable material which overcomes the defects of the existing submarine cable material in terms of insulation and low temperature resistance. The submarine cable material mainly comprises 100 parts of high density polyethylene, 20 to 30 parts of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 5 to 10 parts of organic silicon resin modified polyester resin, 25 to 35 parts of a fire retardant, 5 to 10 parts of a compatilizer, 1 to 2 parts of a lubricant, and 0.1 to 1 part of a cross-linking agent. The submarine cable material has the advantages that the added EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) and organic silicon resin modified polyester resin can improve the cold resistant property of cables and improve the impact property of the material, besides, organic silicon resin has the characteristic of fire retardance, the additive amount of the fire retardant can be reduced, the performance loss of the material can be reduced, the submarine cable material is formed by compounding nano silicon resin and microencapsulated red phosphorus, the additive amount is greatly reduced, the flame retardant property is not reduced, and the problem that the additive amount of traditional inorganic flame retardant is large is avoided.
