抹平型修補(bǔ)砂漿主要適用于混凝土地面的裂縫、坑洞、麻點(diǎn)及坑洼修補(bǔ)。

B 對混凝土地面進(jìn)行勘察，找出需要修補(bǔ)的裂縫、坑洞、麻點(diǎn)及坑洼地方。

C 對需要修補(bǔ)的地方進(jìn)行清潔，裂縫的地方需要進(jìn)行切割。

D 清潔或切割好的需要修補(bǔ)地面，用清水浸泡2小時(shí)以上，確保地面完全濕潤。

E 根據(jù)修補(bǔ)地面的面積大小，量取修補(bǔ)材料，加入適量的水進(jìn)行攪拌。

F 修補(bǔ)砂漿的用量：1.7公斤/平方/毫米，水灰比：1:0.2-0.25，一定要將修補(bǔ)砂漿攪拌均勻成糊狀。

G 將攪拌好的修補(bǔ)砂漿倒入需要修補(bǔ)的地面，用抹子抹平，注意地面不得有明顯的積水。

H 在抹平的過程中，不得反復(fù)來回抹平砂漿，同時(shí)修補(bǔ)砂漿應(yīng)高出補(bǔ)修補(bǔ)的平面。

I 修補(bǔ)砂漿為快干型修補(bǔ)砂漿，由于產(chǎn)品加入保水劑，在干燥的過程中，不易澆水養(yǎng)護(hù)。

J 待修補(bǔ)砂漿干燥后，強(qiáng)度完全起來時(shí)，采用手磨機(jī)或研磨機(jī)磨平被修補(bǔ)的地面即可。

注意事項(xiàng)Matters needing attention

1 如被修補(bǔ)的地面要求修補(bǔ)部分與原地面的顏色一致，可通過在修補(bǔ)砂漿中加入適量的色粉進(jìn)行調(diào)色，色粉本公司可以提供。
