LX型電動(dòng)單梁懸掛起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)制造遵循《電動(dòng)單梁懸掛起重機(jī)》JB2603-94標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與CD1、MD1等電動(dòng)葫蘆配套使用，成為一種有軌運(yùn)行的輕小型起重機(jī)。一般起重機(jī)在0.5~5T，跨度3~16m，運(yùn)行速度20m/min及30m/min，如果有特殊要求的可另外設(shè)計(jì)制造

電動(dòng)單梁懸掛起重機(jī)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱起重機(jī)）是按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造的。與CD1型電動(dòng)葫

蘆配套使用。成為一種有軌運(yùn)行的輕小型起重機(jī)。其起重量為2噸，跨度為9米，工作環(huán)境溫度-10℃~+50℃范圍內(nèi)。為地面操縱形式。

維護(hù)Maintenance

6.1 用戶應(yīng)能做到經(jīng)常檢查并能即使發(fā)現(xiàn)起重機(jī)各部位所否有異?，F(xiàn)象，以保證起重機(jī)

能可靠，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

User should check all parts of crane usually and detect timely whether abnormal phenomena on it. Thus it is assure that crane is safety and reliable. And the crane’s life can be prolonged.

6.2運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的電動(dòng)小車減速器內(nèi)，在使用前應(yīng)加注潤(rùn)滑油，要求粘度較大的（30～50

＃）機(jī)油，其油量不宜過(guò)多，油面以減速器的軸的軸心為限，開始使用一個(gè)月內(nèi)，把油更換一次，以后半年更換一次。

Adding adequate lube into electric trolley reducer of traveling mechanism before making it in use. Viscidity of machine oil is required larger（30～50＃）. The tiptop of oil level is consistent with axes of lowest axis of reducer. The oil should be replaced if it would have been used for a month. And replace oil once every half year

6.3 當(dāng)起重機(jī)運(yùn)行剎車不靈時(shí)候，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整運(yùn)行錐形電機(jī)的制動(dòng)彈簧或更換制動(dòng)環(huán)，
