技術(shù)特點
1、 免辦鍋爐使用證的獨特內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計
該系列產(chǎn)品水容積小于30L，在國家的免辦鍋爐使用證范圍內(nèi)，即無須辦理鍋爐使用證。爐膽裝有內(nèi)置式汽水分離器，解決了蒸汽帶水的難題，更加保證了蒸汽的優(yōu)質(zhì)性。
2、 采用液晶顯示全自動智能電控系統(tǒng)
鍋爐操作系統(tǒng)為全自動控制，所有的運行狀態(tài)均可在液晶屏中一目了然。您可以在顯示屏中觀察到鍋爐電加熱管工作狀態(tài)，鍋爐水位狀態(tài)，蒸汽壓力高低狀態(tài)，水泵運行狀態(tài)，故障報警狀態(tài)等，讓您隨時掌握鍋爐運行狀況，使用更放心。
3、 采用優(yōu)質(zhì)核心部件—電加熱管
電加熱管不僅采用優(yōu)質(zhì)厚壁316L不銹鋼管制作，使用壽命超過常用的304不銹鋼管30%，而且采用進口高溫氧化鎂粉及封口材料，耐高溫可達900℃。更好的確保了電加熱管的使用壽命。另外，電熱管與爐體與法蘭連接，利于更換、維修和保養(yǎng)。
4、 采用優(yōu)質(zhì)零部件
所有的管路和儀器儀表連接均采用不銹鋼管或銅管連接，電器采用國內(nèi)知名德力西電器，使用可靠，配置豪華。
5、 多重連鎖保護功能。
產(chǎn)品裝有經(jīng)鍋爐檢驗所校驗的閥、壓力控制器等超壓保護，防止鍋爐因壓力過大而造成爆炸事故；同時具有極限低水位保護，在供水停止的情況下鍋爐將自動停止工作，防止了鍋爐干燒導(dǎo)致電加熱元件損害甚至燒壞的現(xiàn)象。漏電保護器讓操作人員和設(shè)備的更有保障，即使在鍋爐操作不當(dāng)引起的電路短路、漏電的情況下鍋爐也將會自動切斷電路，及時的保護好操作人員和控制線路。
